About this version
Gemini 3 Pro (Preview) is the first preview release of Google’s Gemini 3 family and was positioned as a flagship model when it launched in November 2025. The version introduced enhanced agentic capabilities compared with earlier Gemini models, but it has since been superseded by the generally available Gemini 3.1 Pro.
