The Ness Z-Wave™ Single Button (ZWSB) is a simple Z-Wave™ scene controller that allows you to control devices through the Z-Wave™ network and run various scenes defined in your Z-Wave™ gateways. Three different scenes can be triggered by a click, holding down and releasing the button. It also provides switch ON/OFF and dimming functions through the association groups. The ZWSB is equipped with Z-Wave™ 700 series chip and Z-Wave library SDK V7.16.3. It is a battery-powered device that can be quickly and easily installed into the Z-Wave network at any location within range.

It works locally over Z-Wave, so it keeps running even if Ness shuts down the app or the servers. Nothing here ties you to a single company's survival.
